Easy Return Policy (7 Days)
In case you find any problems, damages or defects in the products you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will either replace the product or refund the entire amount. GiftBazaar.in does not allow returns on the following.
- Hygiene Products that are opened and/or used
- Any Used Merchandise
To ensure that we can initiate the process of return, you would need to send us the Courier company name and the AWB number through which you have returned the product(s) to us. Please note that no return process would be initiated if these details are missing. These details can be sent to us via email at email@example.com or by calling us on 0120-4312152 ( 11Am to 9 Pm).
To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please ensure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. The return process would be initiated once we have received the product and have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused and in good condition.
How the Return Process works
For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email at Sales@giftbazaar.in or call us on 011-66217460 to initiate the return process. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through Coupon worth the amount paid for the product. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our WH (and they are not in damaged condition). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days but in case of payments by Cheque/DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Giftbazaar.in ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to Rs.500 In Delhi NCR or more. For Orders below Rs.500 , shipping charges of Rs.75 will apply.
Cash On Delivery(CoD) : Not Available as yet.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
Hidden Charges (GSTIN, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address or registered mobile no. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners /Courier will attempt to deliver the package if, it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number with double postal charge or any wallets payment will help us in making further delivery.
